We would like to remind you that by rules of our hotel you can cancel yours reservation one days prior to arrival of the visitor. In default from number in day of arrival after 12 hours, payment of 100 % of a daily room rate.

If the visitor arrives earlier, please, inform us on it. Despite efforts made by us, we not always can give to the visitor the guaranteed access to a room till 12:00 because during arrival staying hotel can be overflowed.
